Open a product

In Products, tap the product you want to change. Once you have more than three products, a search, filters and a grid view appear here too.

Every field

• Name: the only field you must fill.
• Category: it becomes a filter on your shop.
• Promo price: type a price lower than the normal price. Your shop then shows the old price struck through, with a Promo badge. A promo price that isn't lower than the price is not accepted.
• Text before the price, such as “From”, if you need it.
• Description.
• Photos: up to five, squared automatically. The × removes one.

Choices and quantity

• Choices: tap + Add a choice and pick a ready-made list, or make your own. Each choice is one of five kinds: Pick one (size, colour), Pick several (extras), Text to write (the name on a cake, measurements), A date (the day it's needed), Photo to add (the model to copy: 1 to 3 photos, which the customer adds on the product sheet and which come with the order).
• The price: a choice can leave the price as it is (The price stays the same), add or remove an amount (Raises or lowers the price: extra cheese +500), or give each value its own price (A price for each value: a cake for 6 or for 12) — then your shop shows “From” the lowest.
• Each value can be marked Sold out, have a colour dot, or show one of the product's photos.
• Quantity: the customer chooses how many. Say how it is sold (kg, piece, metre…), the smallest and largest quantity, and how much it goes up by (“Goes up by”: 0.5 for half a kilo) — or switch it off.
• Copy these choices to other products: set the sizes once, tick the products (or a whole category), save.

Hide, save, delete

• Availability: choose Sold out: the product stays on your shop, greyed, with a Sold out label, and can no longer be ordered — customers can tap Ask when it's back to message you. When it's back, choose Back in stock: a green label for 14 days, then it's simply available again.
• Want it off your shop completely? Untick Show on my shop: it stays in your list, hidden from your shop.
• Tap Save.
• At the bottom, Delete this product removes it for good.

See your promo

On the Overview, tap View my shop: the new price, the old one struck through, and the Promo badge.
