Settings
Choose your language, take your shop offline for a break, get help, and change your login number.
In More, scroll down and tap Settings.
Your language
Under Dashboard language, tap yours: the whole dashboard changes. Your shop's own words open in it too, and your customers can still switch language.
Shop visibility
Need a break? Tap Take offline: your link then shows “shop not found”. Nothing is deleted. Put it back online whenever you like.
Get help
Tap Contact support on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with your message ready: send it, and we reply in that same chat. You can also write to us by e-mail, or replay the guided tour.
Your login number
This is the number you sign in with. Your WhatsApp number for orders doesn't change with it.
- Type the new number, in international format.
- Tap Send the code. The code comes by SMS to the new phone. If SMS doesn't reach you, get it on WhatsApp by messaging us from the new number.
- Type the code and tap Save.
- You are signed out: sign in again with your new number.
